2. Acceptance of Orders

The Seller may accept the Buyer’s order either by:

2. Accepting electronic transmissions of the order
3. Delivering the ordered products
4. Any other action that constitutes acceptance under applicable law

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified. Any applicable taxes, government fees, or charges associated with the sale or transfer of the product will be added to the invoice. The Buyer is responsible for paying these additional charges. Prices are subject to change without notice unless agreed upon in writing.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates provided by the Seller are estimates. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the specified time frame but shall not be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from late deliveries.

If delivery dates are crucial, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing, and any deviations from the delivery schedule may be agreed upon at that time.

5. Transportation and Risk of Loss

The Seller reserves the right to choose the method and route of shipment unless the Buyer provides timely and explicit instructions otherwise. Title and risk of loss for the products pass to the Buyer once the products are handed over to the carrier. The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.

6. Taxes

The Buyer is responsible for paying any taxes or governmental charges associated with the sale or transfer of the products. These charges will be added to the total invoice amount.

7. Warranty and Disclaimer

The Seller warrants that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty does not extend to any defects resulting from improper use, handling, or installation by the Buyer. Any analysis or information provided on the invoice is not a full warranty unless specifically mentioned in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller’s liability for any claim related to the products will not exceed the amount the Buyer has paid for the products. The Seller shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any legal action by the Buyer for breach of these Terms must be initiated within one year from the date the cause of action arises.

9. Return and Cancellation Policy

Custom-sized products, including blinds and curtains made to the Buyer’s specifications, are non-refundable. Orders may only be canceled if the Seller provides written consent before the products are dispatched. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.

10. Changes to Terms

The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

11. Governing Law
